Rebranding Campaign

Romanian women carry a double story: admired for their looks, underestimated for their talent,
brains and contribution. Young Lady is a creative platform (digital-print-events) that reframes Romanian beauty as the visible
expression of a powerful inner world: talent, skills, character, values.
My speculative solution, done within 24 hours, was to reframe Young Lady as "Young Ladies Must...", with each issue corresponding to a different theme. In the first issue, Young Ladies Must... tell their stories: a woman being a collection of her inspiration, hobbies, favourite books, objects; in essence, what makes her who she is.
The issue launches with an event called “The Museum of Her” in collaboration with Art Safari and Dove, showcasing moments from famous women’s inner worlds.

I redesigned the logo and the cover, speaking on the idea of women as a collection of interests and thoughts. The cover is adaptable to each issue, the format not straying from The Alternative School’s visual language. I chose Ioana Cirlig for this issue as she is a complex, thought-provoking photographer who finds beauty in unique places.
